THE TEAM

  • Founder / Producer

Cameron Beyl is an award-winning director and writer of independent features, shorts, and documentaries. His work has been featured in numerous film festivals, museums and online media outlets like Sight & Sound Magazine, The Huffington Post, Vice Creators Project, Indiewire, and Slate. His narrative works have claimed top festival honors, lauded for their striking visuals and resonant storytelling. His ongoing video essay project, THE DIRECTORS SERIES, has also established him as a prominent voice in the world of online film scholarship, with Indiewire citing the project as a “significant contribution” to the discipline.

After graduating cum laude with a degree in film production from Emerson College, Cameron made his professional debut at the 2009 Zero Film Festival, taking home the Best Feature award for his experimental microbudget drama, SO LONG, LONESOME. The 2012 Oregon Independent Film Festival awarded the Best Director prize on his follow-up feature, the entirely-improvised character drama, HERE BUILD YOUR HOMES. In the years since, he has steadily built up a body of work that includes music videos, promotional content, and short narratives. His latest work is the 2023 feature, “THE VEIL”. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife & daughter.

  • Producer

Kyle is a Los Angeles-based producer, writer, and actor with almost two decades of experience in the business. An Emerson College graduate, he is one half of the creative team behind FilmFrontier Studios, whose recent debut feature production - the dramatic sci-fi/thriller THE VEIL - screened at Fox Studios before its 2023 festival run. The team has several projects in development, including features, narrative podcasts, and other media.

Kyle is also the creator and host of MAKE YOUR SH*T, a creative empowerment podcast helping budding entertainment industry professionals to find their voice through interviews with those who have been there and done that. Kyle is attached as Consulting Producer to an hour-long pilot currently in development, and recently co-produced and story consulted on the award-winning audiodrama podcast A PLACE CALLED FAIRNECK.

In addition to his professional artistic work, Kyle has almost a decade of experience as a freelance and contracted script development consultant. He has run several major screenwriting contests and development programs around the industry, and his client list includes television showrunners, celebrated authors, and Emmy nominees.
